There is a Tapas restaurant in Chicago called Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba that we went to on one of our trips visiting Uncle Dave and Faith and Mark back in the day. I was introduced to tapas there and this dish was one of the memorable things they served. It is so easy and delicious. Add tortilla española and some bacon-wrapped dates and it’s a tapas party.
