This is my favorite way to eat peas- with lots of other ingredients!

- Salad:
- 1 pound frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup celery stalks, chopped
- 2 green onions or chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
- Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayo, preferably Dukes
- Salt and pepper
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk dressing in a small bowl, add to salad and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This can be refrigerated for several hours before serving.
