This is one of Grandma Jean’s tricks. I remember her being able to whip up something sweet in minutes – like this fudge sauce on ice cream, or peanut brittle in the microwave, when we were staying overnight and felt like a treat. I rarely make any other kind of fudge sauce because this one is so easy.

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and baking chocolate.
Stir until chocolate has melted and sauce is smooth.
