This was how Jean served fresh-from-the-garden lettuce. Simple and pure.

- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Tender lettuce
Combine half and half, red wine vinegar and sugar in a salad bowl and whisk to combine.
Tear lettuce into comfortable-size pieces. Toss with dressing. Enjoy!
