Something About Larry

Larry grew up on the farm south of our farm and returned there later as an adult. He was unemployed and asked Brian if he needs help with the harvest. Thus started a long relationship between Larry and our family. He enjoyed being a part of the farming operation and loved being included in family events. He joined us for cider making, birthday meals, and just sitting on the patio for a chat. Every year, the harvest brought family home to help out and Larry looked forward to being part of the excitement with all hands on deck. He sent buckets of home grown vegetables to the St. Louis clan and took care of our “chores” when we were away. He loved to garden, bring treats to the dog, tinker in the shop and talk. He died in January 2021 at age 69.
