Candied Sweet Potatoes

4 pounds sweet potatoes 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup bourbon 1/3 cup chicken broth Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2″-3/4″ slices.
